My wife and I used Dave to sell a rural property in Healdsburg, CA. Dave was tremendously easy to work with. He's incredibly knowledgeable of the Sonoma County area and market, including a strong understanding of the ins & outs of rural properties. Without question, We would work with Dave Roberts again.

Dave Roberts helped us get our perfect home. We moved to Sonoma County from the UK and were unfamiliar with the way things worked. He held our hand through the whole process..patiently explaining and recommending the best way to handle every eventuality. He was always responsive and very knowledgeable. I feel he went the extra mile every step of the way and couldn't recommend him more highly.

My wife and I considered the Santa Rosa area for our upcoming retirement. We were in the market for an upscale property or a nice lot to build on. We were attracted to the area around the Mayacama golf development. We came across Dave and arranged to spend several days looking at communities and properties with him. Dave provided exactly what we were looking for and exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Dave listened carefully to understand what we were looking for, and he developed an agenda for our visit that gave us all the information that we needed to make an informed decision. We ended up deciding to retire to a different part of CA, but our decision had nothing to do with Dave. If we could have worked with Dave in the part of the state where we ended up buying, we certainly would have. The only reason that we gave Dave 4 stars for Negotiation Skills is that we have no data. A better answer would have been "Not Applicable". In summary, you will find Dave to be very pleasant to work with, a good listener, and a skilled professional with deep knowledge of the local real estate market.

Dave helped me go through the selling of a property as a first time client in the real estate world. He literally jumped into his job, cleaning out the ditch when the haulers wouldn't venture into the poison oak. He also came up with the perfect solution for a 1948 Ford Tractor that wasn't going anywhere. He found a perfect fit with a farmer who was going to restore it for his grandkids. I liked that. Susan

Dave Roberts is pleasure to work with on a real estate project. I have found him to be patient, diligent, perseverant, honest and totally competent. He is responsive and sensitive to his client's needs and desires. Dave's knowledge is wide ranging and goes far beyond the real estate transaction to include construction, building logistics, regulations and neighborhood dynamics. Oh, and most important, he is professional and I have never seen him push or rush a decision. It is without hesitation that I strongly recommend him for any Sonoma County real estate needs.

Dave has all of the attributes I noted; however, we did not empower him in the negotiations, so I did not rate him in that respect. That is a by-product of my wife and I being lawyers. Dave has helped us in several transactions (finding and buying, lisitng and selling - 3 total) and has been a stand-up guy every time
